- Apply online. You will receive a Careington Temporary ID by email within 10 to minutes (check your email).
- Schedule your dentist appointment with a Careington Provider as soon as possible during their normal business hours.
- Take your Careington Temporary ID with you to your appointment.
- Your Dentists can contact the "800" telephone number on your Careington Temporary ID to validate your membership.
- Take a copy of the full Discount Fee Schedule. We recommend this because you are joining CAREINGTON's best discount plan ("Plan 504") for New York. You want to be sure you are being charged accordingly.
